Nate is a Finance Operations Associate at Moontower. Prior to joining Moontower, Nate was a Senior Associate at PwC in the Deals practice, specializing in valuation and financial modeling for both domestic and international public and private clients. His experience includes advising on purchase price allocations and impairment analyses, developing complex financial models for operational and M&A purposes, and delivering value-driven insights across a range of industries.

Nate has advised clients on valuation and modeling, corporate strategy, and business process improvement initiatives, including the development of automated workflows and dashboards that enhance reporting accuracy and reduce manual processes.

Nate received a MPA from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
