Code is a Principal of Moontower. Previously, Code held multiple roles at BNY Mellon, most recently serving as Director of Global Corporate Development where he was responsible for executing BNY Mellon’s strategic acquisitions, divestitures and minority investments across all business segments, including Asset Servicing, Market and Wealth Services and Investment Management. Prior to that, Code was a member of the BNY Mellon Investment Management Strategy team where he developed and implemented strategic initiatives across its multi-boutique platform to support the restructuring and growth of the asset and wealth management business. Code also served as Strategy Manager for Asia Pacific based in Hong Kong.

Code began his career as an investment banker at Berkshire Global Advisors focusing on financial services mergers and acquisitions.

Code received a M.A. in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a B.S. in Economics from Trinity College. Code is a CFA charterholder.
