Brett is a Principal of Moontower. Prior to joining Moontower, Brett was Head of Strategic Growth and Mergers and Acquisitions at Bluespring Wealth Partners, a leading acquirer of wealth management firms backed by Warburg Pincus, Stone Point Capital and Oak Hill Capital and subsidiary of Kestra Financial. Brett joined Bluespring at its inception and contributed to the organization's rapid growth as a member of the executive leadership team, deal committee, operating committee and a strategic partner to Bluespring's acquired firms. During this time, Brett oversaw more than 20 transactions while also consulting on growth, succession and partnership strategies with hundreds of business leaders. 

Brett began his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, where he held multiple roles spanning New York, San Francisco and Hong Kong on the Real Estate and Financial Sponsors teams.

Brett received a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.
